Acting Chief Opportunity and Inclusion Officer
CHIPS for America
Ramona Prioleau (she/her) serves as the Acting Chief Opportunity and Inclusion Officer for CHIPS for America, part of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (part of the U.S. Department of Commerce). Ramona is the small business subject matter expert for CHIPS for America. Additionally, Ramona provides technical assistance related to workforce and community investment. Ramona brings a variety of experiences to NIST, including recruitment and retention of women in industry as well as implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
An attorney by training, she has represented individuals, small businesses, large corporations, and nonprofit organizations. Ramona’s previous experience includes financial analysis and attorney advisory work at the Small Business Administration. A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Ramona received her undergraduate degree in Economics as well as a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Columbia University.
