    Mr. Haralson is a commercial business leader whose experience spans the global water market, from Oil & Gas to Lithium, Renewables, and Semiconductors. His expertise in complex project delivery covers everything from Positioning and Programming to Detailed Design, Construction, and facility handover. He has successfully led development and supported the execution of numerous ultrapure water and wastewater reclaim projects for global Semiconductor leaders such as Intel, Micron, and Samsung. Mr. Haralson is a Senior Vice President at Gradiant, leading the commercial side of the business across the Americas and formerly led project and market development for other industry leaders, such as GE, Siemens, and Veolia. Nate embodies Gradiant's commitment to excellence and innovation, and has been a featured speaker at numerous conferences, webinars, and other industry events.
