Rich is a Principal Test Architect for the Power Porduct Group at Renesas Electronics. He primarily supports the Power Attatch Systems organization. Rich Joined Renesas in 2023 after 8 years at Texas Instruments with time spend in both the Analog Power Products and High Volume Analog and Logic groups. Rich was elected to TI's technical staff (MGTS). He has extensive experience in mixed signal test for automotive products, including ASIL-D functional saftey devices, Squib Drivers, Gate Drivers, and Automotive BMS solutions. Furthermore he has a deep understanding of data management and analytics and defining and refining program release processes. He holds both BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
