    Albert Fuchigami is a senior standards specialist at PEER Group where he has spent more than 25 years helping semiconductor OEMs integrate their equipment into factories around the world.

    He is a globally recognized leader in the SEMI Standards Program, a co-chair of the North America Information & Control (I&C) Technical Committee and has co-led the Data Diagnostic Acquisition (DDA) Task Force since 2017. He is active in helping establish the Semiconductor Manufacturing Cybersecurity Consortium (SMCC) and how it collaborates with the SEMI Standards Program.

    Albert enjoys demonstrating how standards provide factory host systems with a way to optimize their operations through automation and cybersecurity resilience, and is a champion for integrating HTTP/2 with gRPC® and Protocol Buffers technology into the Equipment Data Acquisition (EDA) / Interface A standards.
