The SEMI PFAS Initiative is focused on enabling environmentally responsible and sustainable global semiconductor ecosystem growth by addressing PFAS risk factors. Leaders from our three working groups (Industry Transition Strategy & Risk Mapping, Transparency, and Supply Chain Resiliency) will guide discussions to accelerate progress towards reducing PFAS dependency, mitigating PFAS-related semiconductor supply chain disruption, and encouraging environmentally responsible risk management in cases where there are no alternatives to PFAS.
