While SEMI is actively monitoring developments in the European PFAS REACH Restriction proposal and US EPA PFAS reporting rule, many US states are creating and implementing new PFAS-focused policies that could potentially impact our industry. This presentation will provide an overview of current SEMI Working Group efforts to ensure the industry’s needs are reflected in any legislation and regulations concerning PFAS and also issue a call for members to join the SEMI effort.
