Session Summary: This session invites speakers that can highlight case studies and best practices regarding Industry 4.0 technologies such as elements of connectivity, sensing and predictive analytics/machine learning that are enabling for reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions, waste, and water use (improve recycling/reclamation) within a device making facility for advancing sustainability initiatives at the cleanroom, subfab and/or facilities level. Sustainability case studies and innovation that emphasize the need or potential of smart technologies are also welcome, even though not fully put into practice as of yet.
