Jeannie Jesson is the Director of Human Resources at WGNSTAR - the leading people, resource, and asset lifecycle management partner to the semiconductor industry - where she leads organizational development, HR strategy, employee life cycle engagement, and recruiting across the United States.
Jeannie is a versatile Human Resources professional who has served in a variety of management positions over her 25+ year career. She has a passion for HR business partnership, education and relationship building, which inspire her work with industry and academic collaborations. Jeannie is dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives with much of her recent work centered on bridging the gender gap, creating more inclusive working environments, and fostering opportunities for veterans in the semiconductor industry.
Prior to her role at WGNSTAR, Jeannie served as HR Manager at Glynlyon where she was responsible for various HR functions including employee life cycle management, employee relations, L&D, recruiting, and compliance. Previous to this, she held HR positions at high-tech companies including CDI Engineering Solutions, Special Devices (now Daicel Safety Systems), and Varian. Jeannie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in HR Management from University of Phoenix.
