Jennifer Boger is the Director of the Office of Information and Communication Technologies in the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration where she leads an office of 20 professionals addressing trade and supply chain concerns across multiple information technology sectors, including semiconductors, telecommunications, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and other ICT industry sectors. From 2015-2021, Jennifer served as the Health Team Lead in the Office of Health and Information Technologies. Jennifer started her government career in 2001 and has held several positions across the International Trade Administration including serving as the Deputy Director of the Office of Intellectual Property. Jennifer also served as a Foreign Affairs Officer in the State Department’s Office of Intellectual Property Enforcement and worked in the private sector at Underwriters Laboratories (UL) where she was the Trade Manager for Global Government Affairs focusing on standards, conformity assessment, and managing UL’s trade policy strategies globally.
