    Mr Francois Bernard has been a member of the IBM team in Bromont, the largest electronic component assembly and verification plant in North America and the only plant of its kind at IBM, for more than 34 years now and a member of management for more than 25 years. For the last year or so, Mr Bernard has been serving the role of program manager for Bromont digital transformation and other special projects.

    A graduate of the University of Sherbrooke in Electrical Engineering, Mr. Bernard joined IBM in 1990 as a package test engineer. Since then, he has held various management positions in manufacturing, maintenance and engineering as first line manager than second line manager since 2008.
