Hideki Takeuchi is Vice President of Engineering at Atomera. Prior to joining Atomera, Mr. Takeuchi was a research staff of Semiconductor Device Group at UC-Berkeley under Professors Chenming Hu and Tsu-Jae King-Liu, where he was engaged in various device research projects such as the original FinFET, high-k metal gate, non-volatile memories, RF-MEMS and so forth. He joined Atomera in 2008 and has been working on commercialization of Oxygen-Inserted silicon technologies, as known as MSTTM (Mears silicon techknologies) for wide range of CMOS products from 180nm analog devices to 2nm Gate-All Around transistors.
