Paul has worked in the Electronics industry for over 25 years. His Chemical Engineering technical background led him initially to roles as design engineer and lead engineer on a range of US and international projects in the advanced facilities realm, focused primarily on projects for semiconductor and photovoltaic manufacturers.
As a Project Manager, Paul has led design teams on major greenfield and retofit semiconductor projects. More recently, he has served as a key member of a Program Management team responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of a repeatable fab construction program for a core client of Jacobs.
In his current role, as Director of Technology for the EMEA region, Paul's focus is on development of deployment of tools, workflows and practices to allow design and construction teams to succeed in demanding data-centric project environments. He has a passion for project delivery models based on LEAN principles and focused on shared vision and deep collaboration. He has particular expertise and interest in developing and implementing the use of shared digital delivery portals for enhancing design and construction integration on large scale projects.
