Lluis Paris is the Senior Director of 3DFabric Alliance at TSMC, responsible for their advanced packaging ecosystem. Before joining TSMC for a second time, Lluis successfully founded a start-up in Canada and worked at Intel. He holds an M.B.A. from Queen's University in Kingston, Canada. He also holds a Ph.D. in Microelectronics and a M.S. Degree in Computer Science, both from the Autonomous University of Barcelona in Spain.
