    Eric Z is an executive leader with an in-depth knowledge of optimizing member benefits and member engagement for both trade and professional associations. He assists SEMI in providing offerings to accelerate growth and engagement with their member base. He also has a 30-year background in B2B sales/services, consulting, and new business development in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.

    At SEMI, he oversees the Cost Savings Program (CSP) which is a free benefit for all SEMI and FOA members and offers exclusive discounts on hundreds of suppliers in manufacturing (e.g., Airgas, Thomas Scientific), maintenance & operations (e.g., Grainger), business/corporate functions (e.g., Hertz, ADP, ODP, Staples), freight & shipping (e.g., FedEx, DHL and UPS) and more.

    Eric Z is a paid author and speaker, published in a variety of prominent business journals, achieved honors in The Literature Science and Arts program at The University of Michigan and graduated Cum Laude in Economics with a dual concentration in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

    Kareem Dossa is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in commercial and general management across diverse market segments. His expertise spans controlled environments, life sciences, advanced technology, laboratory, medical devices, and healthcare.

    Current Role:
    At Thomas Scientific, Kareem oversees the controlled environments business and four of the acquired companies as Senior Vice President. He plays a pivotal role in executive leadership, mergers and acquisitions, go-to-market strategy, and corporate business development.
