    Ron McCune is Senior Director at TEL, leading strategic operations and programs. In this role, he leads annual planning for the US region, working in close partnership with global teams. In addition to strategic goal management, Ron provides leadership for the continuous improvement, risk management, and sustainability programs. With the sustainability program, he leads overall alignment of the US region to meet Net Zero goals. Ron spent much of his 23-year tenure at TEL in learning and development, quality management, and project management. He also spent three years at TEL headquarters in Tokyo focusing on global operations improvement. He is currently finishing the Sustainability Leadership Program at the University of Texas Executive Education. He is also a Project Management Professional and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds an MBA from California State University and a BA in Japanese Language and Culture from the University of Texas.
