    After spending a couple years cruising around the world with Holland America Lines and solving the US Energy Crisis with NAES Corporation, Chris Helgeson rejoined DSV Inventory Management Solutions in January of 2023 as the Manager, Master Data Management, where he is principally responsible for driving on-premise data to the cloud, oiling up the automation robots, and feeding the pythons. Always a steward of digital transformation, Chris began his career in Finance - writing macros and eventually working to transition off the JDE platform and into a modern Oracle database. He would eventually succumb to his robot overlords in 2018 after the Microsoft BizInsight Conference convinced him of the value of data transparency and visualization and turned him into a Power BI Champion. When he is not working on DSV-centric data projects, he is usually calculating the plus/minus of his son’s U8 basketball team or determining exactly how cheap the Mariners are. Chris has both a Bachelor’s and MBA from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
