    Eric Acome, PhD, is a co-founder & CEO of Artimus Robotics. He has a background in mechanical engineering and has spent his career developing & designing electromechanical systems. At Artimus Robotics, the team is commercializing a novel electrostatic transducer technology based on the combination of electrostatic & hydraulic forces. Dubbed ‘HASEL’ artificial muscles, this technology has broad applications ranging from valves to bio-inspired robots for extreme environments. Based in Boulder, CO, Artimus Robotics is proud to have delivered actuators and pilot projects to customers around the world.
