Before his tenure at MIPS, Durgesh held the position of Data Center Product Architect and Senior Director at Nvidia. In this capacity, as a product architect for CPU-only Servers for Data Centers, he played a pivotal role in defining Nvidia's strategy, Data Center System architecture, and appropriate silicon solutions. His exceptional contributions have garnered him respect among hyperscalers.
Durgesh's distinguished career also includes over 24 years at Intel Corporation, where he made significant contributions to Data Center Products, multiple generations of Xeon processors, and Automotive Technology. His innovative work has resulted in an impressive portfolio of 30 patents across silicon, systems, and software domains.
He is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur, India, holding a Bachelor of Technology degree, and he furthered his academic pursuits with a Master of Philosophy from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
