Francesca Domingo is the Head of University Relations & Talent Strategy for EMD Electronics. In this capacity, she spearheads the development and maintenance of a comprehensive university relations program and an emerging and early-talent strategy, positioning EMD Electronics as a premier employer. Francesca oversees the US Internship Program, US ELDP, and is the Head of the GoGlobal Rotational Program, ensuring an exceptional experience for students and graduates in the early stages of their careers. She plays a pivotal role in sourcing top talent, building robust talent pipelines, and identifying candidates for rotational programs, while also fostering collaborations with key university faculty on research initiatives.
Joining the company in 2017 as a corporate recruiter in human resources, Francesca transitioned to her current role in January 2021. Her prior experience includes executive recruitment at Banner Health and a role as a Human Resources Specialist at the University of Missouri Healthcare System, where she represented the School of Medicine. Leveraging her deep understanding of the higher education ecosystem and her knowledge of the semiconductor industry, Francesca is ideally positioned in her role at EMD Electronics.
In addition to her responsibilities at EMD Electronics, Francesca takes a leadership role in SEMI Education and Workforce Planning for the Arizona Chapter. She is actively engaged in the community, serving on the advisory board for Maricopa Corporate College’s Semiconductor Processing Curriculum, the Tempe Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee, and UIDP's HBCU Working Group.
