The development history, technical features, and future development roadmap of AOI Electronics' panel-level package, FOLP (Fan Out Laminate Package), will be introduced. In particular, the presentation will focus on the main applications of analog RF packages, power/supply packages, and logic chiplet integrated packages, explaining their respective features (structure and process), future development strategies, and challenges.
