From previous differentiation to modern-day integration, the line between Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) has begun to blur. The digital transformation of device manufacturing has the potential to improve efficiencies, enhance product quality, and expand remote capabilities. However, the convergence of IT and OT also introduces additional cybersecurity challenges currently prevalent in the semiconductor industry. Considering those cybersecurity challenges shall be the focus of today's IT | OT convergence conversation.
